Greetings Vindheim,

This weekend, at Coronet Tournament, a change to Vindheim law regarding
entrants to Coronet Tournament was implemented and read into court.

4.2.4.10 Entrants must be affirmed to have at least one year experience on
the workings of the principality and kingdom. Acceptable experience is at
the discretion of the Coronet..
