[Vindheim] Chamberlain Office Open

Greetings Vindheim,

Our Chamberlain's term in office has come to an end. Thanks to Jael
Magnadottir and all the work they have done.

We are in need of a Chamberlain. The primary duties of the office are to
maintain an up-to-date inventory of Vindheim Principality possessions, to
identify and arrange needed maintenance, and to manage an inventory
check/sign-off during the transition of the Prince's/Princess' reigns.
