The timing could be worked out but it would require that a very rigid
schedule would have to be put in place and followed.

Something like:
Court 8:30
A&S setup must be done by 10am. Judging ends at 3:30pm. Pickup of items is
after 4pm.
Archery - Starts at 9am and ends at 11am
Thrown Weapons starts at 11am and ends at 1pm
Rapier starts at 1pm and ends at 3pm
Coronet viewing of A&S 3pm to 4pm
Court at 5pm

Sorry about Lunch and bathroom breaks. All Activities MUST end on time. At
the end of the allotted time, if the tourney is not over, the Coronet will
select a champion from those that are leading.

Not the best setup but it could be done, I guess.
