[Vindheim] Proposed Vindheim Device Change

Greetings Vindheim,

A proposal has been submitted to add a crown to the Vindheim coat of arms.
A crown is an optional addition for principalities. It is a requirement for
kingdoms.
Please give us feedback on this proposal. Examples of the proposed device
are below.
