The heck it isn't a hindrance!  At Mendersham's event two weeks ago I
had a wind burn so severe that I was red for three days, and that's
after I spent the entire weekend hiding in the kitchen hoping the wind
wouldn't find me!  I don't want to think about the wind burn I'm going
to get at Octavian!
