WR - For Gulf Reservations

When filling out the pre-reservation form, put 'Western Region' as the
'group camping with', if you would like to camp with our group.
When you get the pre-reservation number back, please let me know.  I
have till Feb. 10 to get the names of everyone camping under the Western
Region's name and send them to the land-o-crat.  The amount of land that
Ansteorra is allotted is based on the pre-reservations.  So, please
pre-register.
