    Those of who missed the event this past weekend at RC
(formerly Crossroads Keep)
missed a good time.  The local group (which is fairly large)
carried out the theme throughout the day with a beautifully
decorated hall and excellent sound system that allowed us to
have musicians all day.  The feast was awesome with three
meats and more veggies than I could count, all of it
delicious.  (It was the feastcrat's first.)
    The local members presented a well written murder
mystery throughout the day that culminated in the demise of
a black-hearted robber baron, Baron Sinclair.  Lord Agnar
was accused and was nearly done in by the constable but a
mysterious letter from a spy directed suspicion to the real
culprit, Drake, who was too cute to kill.  (on the other
hand, the sight of Agnar "bound and gagged" was enough to
make the event on its own!)  Lady Marianna deserves mention
for most dramatic death.  And we hope that Stephen will get
the help he so richly deserves before drinking himself to
death.....
    And we danced a little.
