may be changed up until time of event but here is what I have so far.

A lot of the one hour classes are scheduled for the morning. The reason
for this is three of the classrooms do not have any kind of air
conditioning and they lead to a courtyard area. I did not want any one to
be uncomfortable especially in this West Texas Heat in the afternoon. So
arrive early! If someone wants to teach their class once in the morning
and once in the afternoon the only rooms availabe are the ones without
air conditioning.
