WR - The War!

Yes, the war was grande! The weather started off way cold, but finally
warmed up and turned out fine. We met lots of wonderful gentles from all
over the Known World. I would like to tell everyone the Ansteorra won the
point for most volunteer hours and over 12 of those were from the Western
Region. (Go Revekka and Isabella and me!) I checked in two gentle who
traveled all the way down from Ontario to be there and some from Caid and
many from up North.

The trip back was tiring and grueling...the rain was heavy and the roads
were slick.

Our encampment fed probably 200 people or so over the course of the week and
Rosario's cooking fame has spread even farther. We also had some good news
in that Sir Kief will be squiring above cook at Octavian Tourney.

Some of us made a trip in to New Orleans to view the cemetaries and the
Aquarium of the Americas. All in all, a trip not to forget.
