The Kingdom Chronicler sends:

For those who are Chroniclers/Assistants/Webmasters  this is "required
reading" as per the Kingdom Chroniclers' Handbook.

Anyone wishing to have this Policy can send me email and I will be happy
to forward the eleven messages verbatum to you.  Or, if you prefer, I can
send the entire puplication as an ASCII file.
