Service is kinda hard to teach.  There are those people that "do stuff" and
there are those people that "don't do stuff".  I think a class in service
would basically be a pep talk with a lot of "rah-rah" thrown in telling people
to get off there hinies and pitch in.

If you're looking for something different, why not a class in how to serve?
As in feast.  I think serving is a blast.  But when you don't have it
organized and down to a science, it's a total bust.  It's just a thought.
