Thank you, most gracious lady, for trying to accept blame for this. Truth
being, however, that there were at least seven of us
heralds/heralds-at-large at that event and not a one of us made a list to
have His Majesty sign.  The heralds of the Western Region bear much shame
for this our most grevious missservice to our people.
