WR - Kingdom Award Insignia Challenge - Reminder New information

Check with your local herald for what the insignias look like.  They can be
made of many differant materials, such as: leather, metal, bone, shell,
woven etc.

Check with HL Michelle, Deputy Sable Scroll (Regalia) for current insignia
needs.
