WR - New Shire Member

The Shire of Trelac has a brand new member.

At 7:58am on 7 April 1999 Lady Christina Armstrong [Dr Norma "Sissy" 
Smith-Tyler] gave birth to a bouncing baby girl named  Hanlyn Tyler who 
who weighed in at 8.0 lbs and measured 18 inches.  

Mother and baby are doing just fine.  Dad needs some sleep.
