WR - Gothic Wars

  Greetings Ld Marquet!  You were wondering about Gothic this year. As
it stands right now, I am the steward and Ld Chiang is my co-steward. It
was decieded after last Gothic that co-autocrats will autocrat the next
Gothic,thus Ld Chiang will do this next year. For this year, the site
will be Lake Sweetwater Park. This is my list of coordinators as of
today:
   Heavy- HE Volust and Sir Max
   Light- Ld Toshiro Kio     
   Archery- HL Agnarr
   A & S- Mstr Rosario
   Merchants- Ly Rosina Weber,Ld James Greybeard
    Waterbearing- Ly Marlena & Ladies of the Silver Chalice
     Constable-Ld Uilleam Farquharson
     Gate- Shire of Mendersham
We still need coordinators for Bardic,Moc,Chirurgeon. As a
coordinator,one will be in charge of recruiting help and setting up what
one needs,i.e.,Rosario will need a pavillion,judges,tables etc...Rosina
and James
will take reservations and designate spots for merchants,you get the
picture.
   We have tried to have meetings lately, not just on Gothic, but
ATYC,which is first and foremost, but weather and time has interceded.
I have also encouraged the populace to contribute hand- crafted items
for the war chest
and do hope someone will come forward to do a tavern.
    Shortly, I will be sending out letters to the region's seneschals to
read out to the populace. I encourage any and all to participate to the
extent that one wishes .It's OUR event,afterall!!  P.S. All proceeds go
to Kingdom.
