WR - Youth field marshaling class

[Marcus Hite]

The only class I was planning was  the youth rapier field marshaling class
....if enough people ( 5 or more) need/want to take the rapier field marshaling
class, I am sure we can fit it in as well.  I'll bring the stuff for both
classes.
