Greetings unto the scibes of the Western Region, 
It is my unfortunate duty to inform you that we will be in need of a new
Western Regional Scribe. I will be moving to the Central Region and will no
longer be able to attempt to fulfill my duties to this region.  Please send
me a letter of intent if you are interested in the distribution of scrolls
in our region.  I will chose from these letters and forward my
recommendations to Curstaid.
