WR - Re:Gulf land reservations

We have to have 20 pre-reserved people to do it.  Right now, I have about 10 who
have either mailed or are mailing it in this week that I am aware of.
As of today, we only have 14 days left to have the pre-registration forms post
marked.  I will have copies of the form with me at 12th Night for anyone who
wants them.
