WR - Fighter Practice in Blacklake

I agree that a Western Regional Fighter Practice should be rotated around.
It will also give everyone a chance to become better acquainted. Could we
not have an A&S thing also at someone's home possibly for those of us who
don't fight or do archery. Possibly this would be a time for swapping
patterns. Of course, if the park has enough shade this summer then we could
do it outside too.
