WR - Fighter Practice in Blacklake

Lady Eleanor makes some excellent points here, and, as one who has to
travel to any fighter practice not at my home, (40 minutes and up) it
would give me both the excuse and reason needed to see some other places
here in the Western Alliance.  Lets start training now for the next war.
