WR - Regional Fighter Practice

Greetings.   I presented the idea of the rotating regional fighter practices 
to our shire yesterday at populace.  There was an overwhelming majority to 
have it rotate among all of the groups of the region, instead of just 
Bonwicke and Crossrode Keep.
