WR - New Western Regional Seneschal

Rosario, I'm not sure whether to celebrate or cry.  I'll let everyone know
if a few months.  In the meantime, thanks for the laughter.I know I'm not
Sam and never will be and I hope to do as well as he has.  Samuel I am sorry
to see you go in more ways than one.
