ANST-Announce - Gulf Wars - Date Change

To all of Virtual Ansteorra Greetings,

I am pleased to announce that Gulf Wars IX - WILL NOT be changing its date.
 I have spoken with the other two kingdoms that are participants in Gulf
Wars and we have all agreed to go back to the original dates on March
14-19, 2000.
