WR - War Practice

Greetings,

   I am finishing up the newsletter here in Bonwicke for November and want
to put an announcement in it on the Western Regional War Practice that is
on the 20th of this month. I have the time (11:00am right??), but I need to
know where. I am assuming that it is in Big Spring, but want to be sure. My
thanks for any answer that can be given today, as I have to print tonight.
