Unto the Populace of Ansteorra does HL Delphina de Champeaux send
greetings,

I have the honor to announce to the populace that at Stargate’s Yule
revel, Her Royal Highness, Dona Kayleigh Drake will be having a tea for
the rapier community who are not currently members of the Order of the
White Scarf.

Stargate’s Yule revel will be on December 11, 1999  Please see the
December Black Star for directions.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at
