ANST-Announce - Florilegium site is back online

The server that handles my www.florilegium.org site was fried in
a thunderstorm in Dallas last week. It has now been replaced and
the site is back online.

My appologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused
anyone.

I have a number of new files and file updates that I have done
while the server was down and will be uploading them tonight.
