WR - Exchequer Class at Western Sentinal

  The Western Regional Exchequer will hold a class on September 18 at
the Western Sentinel Event.  This is for all exchequers and any
interested party's.  The class is required for all exchequers and
recommended for all Seneschals and Barons/Baroness.  Any questions may
