WR - Site for Octavian

Hey Ozy: 

Will Octavian be held at the Sweetwater site again this year?? Despite the
rain last year it was a great site, reasonable drive for all involved. 
I'm hoping to get alot more people from Bryn Gwlad going to Western Region
events.
