WR - Celebrate Abilene and Lubbock Arts Festival - same weekend!

    I do not know about Abilene, but here in Lubbock we sadly have no 
say in when the Arts Festival is scheduled, so we have to make due 
with the cards we are dealt. Believe me we wish that this conflict 
did not exist.
