Over the last month I have been taking applications for the Regional Youth
rapier marshal position.  Thank you all who sent in application and have
shown intrest in this position and in youth rapier.

I am pleased to announce that:
Lady Magdelena  of Bonwicke will be then new regional rapier youth officer.
