WR - Fw: Coronation

We have a taker! Adlersruhe would like to volunteer to head this up.
Now we have to find someone who would be willing to do feast. We can
find out approximately how many we would have to feed. We just need
to keep it tasty, hearty, and simple. Remember that whoever
volunteers needs to have some experience at organizing feasts and that
you'll have plenty of help.
Manpower is the only problem I see thus far. I know that Bonwicke can
probably have 15 to 20 folks. Adlersruhe would probably get between
10 and 15. We need to hear from Mendersham, Trelac, Crossroades Keep
(sorry, I probably spelled that wrong), and Blacklake. I know that we
could get plenty of volunteers not from the WR to help serve. Or we
can do the serving like they did a couple of Coronations ago where you
get volunteers from each table to go get each course. Serving each
individual person would be a nightmare, so family style would probably
be best.
I know that most of us (including me) would rather have coronation
closer to home, but this is an opportunity for the WR to shine.
Logistically, this will be a definite challenge (think challenge, not
nightmare) but I think we can pull it off. We always seem to work
best under pressure, and I know as a unit, we've done that plenty!
I'd really like to hear from everyone on this list, pro or con. I'd
also like to hear from anyone who knows they're going and would like
to help out.
We don't have but a week to hash this out. The application has to be
in BEFORE November 1st.
In Service,
Ascelyn
