WR - Lubbock Arts Festival

For any who plan to attend the Arts Festival this weekend in Bonwicke, you 
will need to come the the Southwest gate at the Fair Grounds.  If you go to 
the main gate you will have to pay to get in.

Times:

Saturday, April 21           10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday, April 22              12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM
