For those artisans in our region who wish to compete in Kingddom A&S,
these are the rules set up by the new Kingdom A&S Minister, Mistress
Charla Noel du Lac. 

I heartily encourage any and all to go and participate! We have many
talented folks in the West, and this event is THE time to show it all
off......
