Greetings again!

A few of us went to Steppes 12th Night to scope out the building and it looks like everything is coming together nicely.  I still haven't received any list of responsibilities yet, but this is what I have learned so far.  If any of this is wrong or if I forgot someone, please let me know as soon as possible.  If anyone can not fulfill their job for this weekend, please let me know asap so that I can find a replacement.
