WR - Coronation

[Steve and Kay Oyler]

I am in charge of the clean up crew in the kitchen.  So far it's just Steve and myself.
Any and all helpers would be greatly appreaciated!  We are not leaving until early Saturday morning as Steve and I don't get off work until midnight.  See everyone there!

    No, we never received any list of who volunteered for what.  If someone could send me a list, it would be greatly appreciated.  The only people we have signed up for duties at this time are:

    Adlersruhe - Feast Tokens
    Bonwicke - Site Tokens
    Magdalena - Merchant Coordinator
    Jasper - King's Champion Tournament
    Baroness Katrin - Luncheon for TRH's, TRM's, and Landed Nobles
    
    So again, if there is a list from WR A&S, please e-mail it to us.

            Did you receive the list of volunteer assignments compiled at WR A&S?  We never did hear if those volunteers were satisfactory or already covered.  We here in the southern part of the Western Region need to know if we should come prepared to do the jobs we volunteered for or leave all the crap at home that it takes to do these jobs.  I really don't want to overstep my bounds here, so please let us know something ASAP.
