[Western] Fighter practice

Rapier Fighters of the Western Region.

On July 17th, Lord Edward Mercer will be visiting Bonwicke's fighter
practice for some exersice. Lord Edward was at one time the Queen's
Champion. He is an excellent fighter. And is young so he has lots of
stamina.
If you wish for a different blade to test yourself against, you could not
pick a better one. So come out to Bonwicke's fighter practice on Tuesday the
17th and have some fun.
