[Western] Regional Fighter Practice

Well, I would not mind having a regional practice here from time to time,
but realistically speaking, Lubbock or Big Springs is probably more
centrally located. I personally do not mind the drive, to a nuetral spot,
especially if it means more people will have a chance to make it. So is
Maxie Park in August a lock right now, or is it subject to change?
