[Western] 915 Area Code Change

Hi everyone!

Sorry about the bandwidth but I wanted to remind everyone that the 915 area
code is being split.

The new code for the eastern portion will be 325, which will cover San
Angelo, Brady, Brownwood, Abilene, Snyder and adjoining towns. The new code
for the central portion will be 432, which will cover Midland, Odessa,
Seminole, Pecos, Fort Stockton, Fort Davis, Alpine, Van Horn and other towns
in that area. El Paso, Dell City and Sierra Blanca will retain area code
915.

These codes are in effect now and will become mandatory dialing on 10/4/03.
So we've got 6 months to remember to change our voice mail, email footers,
speed dials, address books in cell phones, address books in PDA's etc.
