[Western] Loch Soilleir Artisan competition

Greetings unto the populace of Ansteorra.  At the upcoming Loch Soilleir
Baronial, May 16-18, the next Artisan will be chosen along with the other
championships.  The Artisan competition will be a single entry and
documentation highly recommended.  With the investiture of the next Baron
and Baroness of Loch Soilleir, there will be a theme of anything to do with
the Loch.  This is a general theme which allows for lots of creativity.
Some items that could be considered a theme item would be anything
associated with serpents, the ocean, i.e. cooking from ocean locales, or
history of the Loch.  The competition will not be limited to themed items,
so all are encouraged to enter.  Along with the Artisan competition there
will also be a novice artisan competition.  This is for those who have
entered three or less arts and sciences competitions that have not held an
artisan title.  This is a single entry, non-themed, documentation
