[Western] Another question about Crescent Wrench

Greetings, Western Region!

It has been reported to me that several folks would rather have the
inaugural Crescent Wrench meeting after King's Roundtable, instead of
before--in other words, in February instead of January.  What's the
consensus here?  Is any February weekend preferable?
