[Western] Western Regional Scribe

Greetings unto the Western Region,

This is to let you know that my time as Western Regional Scribe is up, and has
actually been up for a year. For any interested in holding this office, please send
your application to Master Darius of the Bells at star_signet at ansteorra.org and to
myself at pippermint at sbcglobal.net.

The job is a fairly easy one. You will inherit a box of unpainted charters and be
required to set up painting tables at events and practices or to send unpainted
charters to any groups who ask for them. Then send finished charters to the Star
Signet who will make sure the charters are used by Their Majesties. Reports are sent
quarterly.
