Baron Gavin has brought up a good point.  Participation even here in the
region itself seems to be going downhill.

I checked Rob's May 2003 list for the WR Champion points, Heavy - 18 total,
with 2 of those (Raven and Roland) no longer in the area.  10 rapier, 5
archer, 5 A&S, 2 bard

Anyone got any suggestions for upping participation?
