Alex here, your local Kingdom Chronicler, with a quick note here.

I, as of the September Black Star, have opened the office of Western
Regional Chronicler for applications. This was something I should have done
earlier, but it always seems like to many fires, not enough water.

I want to thank H.E. Kainin for his service to this office and for his
patience while I get my act together. ;-)

membership card and driver's license. Also, if you have any questions,
