I think that I remember reading that his Excellency Gavin, the Western 
Regional Seneschal, had requested that Crescent Wrench be an in-garb event, 
is that correct?  Personally that makes me happy, I would much rather do SCA 
in garb because then it really feels like SCA, but I just wanted to be sure 
so I was not the only one so attired.
