[Western] Question for feast-o-crats

Western region feast-o-crats. My lady and I are
currently trying to decide whether or not to hold a
wedding feast. Right now, alot of things are too
expensive. We were considering brisket, but that is
too cost prohibitive. We would appreciate any cost
saving tips that you all might have. Thanks
