You state in your own words “our beloved Baron” and these are the only words
which ring of truth. If I am to be ignored 

or struck down for being a peasant I best make it worth my death. HE Kainin
is beloved by his people and those of shires

not even in his domain and yet you would cast ill favor on HE on the words
of one man claiming (falsely mind you) to be 

the sole object of HE persecution. I ask does this make since? Do we in fact
have the makings of a greek tragedy on our 

hands? If so, why did Ruspoli hide behind a kidnapped Court Baroness when
presenting his version of “taxes”, this ofcourse 

being the heads in question? Know that I shall stand by HE with sword in
hand and ask no bounty but for the right to fight Ruspoli 

on the rapier field.

I never said that Triston had died, only that one of  Kainin's Herald's had
died.  Of course Kianin would never send Triston to his death.  He is too
valuable to the cause.  I am relatively sure that what I was told might have
been embelished, but the truth still remains that we have no proof that the
heads belonged to peasants.  I still believe what the cutie in the black
cloak told me.  Yes Chiang, you would have known about such an attack, that
is why you are so quick to call it a lie, because you know I am right.
Anyway how could I trust your word, you have a vested interest in this.  I
have chosen sides, and if loving this region and believing the cutie in the
black cloak makes me a traitor, so be it!!!
