[Western] Brew contest (To all that are interested)

I am passing this on.  The Brew Contest for Western Centinal will have judges and it will be thier vote that  determines the winner of the contest. I was talking to someone within the shire and we felt this should be passed on to avoid any confusion. (Or to cause more)
