[Western] July 3rd Western Regional practice

For those of us who have been out of commission, I have the date, but what time and where?  Probably will be there, don't know if I will be allowed to fight by then.

The practice will happen, but I don't think there will be a large enough turn out to make it a cook-out. If anyone reading this would like to differ this opinion, and volunteer to bring stuff for a cook-out, then that would be excellent. I will keep a running list and post a full list on Friday.
