[Western] award recommendations

now that i am thinking about it, i would like to encourage every one in the
western region to think about putting in awards for members of your shire or
barony.

it is quite easy.  go to http://www.ansteorra.org/forms/award.php and fill
out the information.

the crown will be at Trelac's event in November, so it would be kinda nice
for them to be able to hand out some well deserved kudos.  think about those
people who, in your opinion, should be recognized for the work they do in
your group or in your region, their arts, their fighting.

have you put someone in for an award before, and it didn't get noticed?
well, do it again.  it's okay.
