[Western] Triumph of the Eclipse Bardic competition.

Unto those members of the populace who may be interested in such things;
   
       Greetings from Takayama Harukaze no Tosa, the bard of Mendersham.  Since very few members of the Western Region were present at the Moonshadow event this weekend I thought that I would pass along this great news.  At the request of his Majesty, King Aaron MacGregor the Merciful, I once agian performed my origional piece "The Cactus and the King" for the Moonshadow bardic competetion.  While a local did win the title of bard of Moonshadow, "The Cactus and the King" was voted the best poem performed during the competition.  I consider this a very good and glourious thing for the Western Region and just wanted to pass on the good news.
